I found complimentary parking very useful. The lounge area was a nice spot to relax and i watched tv there (it has a large screen!). The staff were super friendly, this really added to the experience.
The breakfast service was slightly limited one morning . I understand they adjust the full breakfast spread based on guest numbers, but more variety would have been better.

the location was convenient for seeing the sights the hotel was a short walk from the pleasure beach and seafront parking was available on site which was definitely a plus i used the honesty bar and it had a good selection of drinks available
our room did not have a very good view the room overlooked a service area at the back of the hotel i found some noise at night it sounded like it came from nearby bars the breakfast arrangement was not ideal i would have preferred a hot breakfast.

the room was very clean, i appreciated that. the cleanliness was excellent indeed. i also found the location quite convenient, it was just a short walk to the south pier, maybe a couple of minutes. the gardens outside were beautiful, well kept.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited .

kath and rick sent a text message the day before arrival! they provided contact details. i arrived a couple of hours early. they prioritised me and got my room ready well in advance. hosts were very friendly and cute.
I found the wi-fi signal to be a bit weak in certain areas of the room. This made streaming videos slightly difficult at times.
